M50 manifold to M54B30 help

Hi eweryone I dont know whih tables can i take from alpina B3 bin file ?? ip_vol_im__n__maf_mes ip_vol_im_neg__n__maf_mes ip_vol_im_is__n__maf_mes ip_vol_im_neg_is__n__maf_mes I take this tables. i feel diferenc but on low rpm by dinamic acceleration is smal jerk. you know what i can change or what i do wrong ?
