TunerPro offers a very good method of editing flash files with its "Patch" function.
We used this feature to create an "All-In-One" solution for editing engine displacement independant functions, like EWS or checklsum delete, M3 cluster warumup and shiftlights,etc.

Immobilizer Bypass
- Immobilizer Bypass - Disables the EWS / immobilizer checks of the ecu
- Clear Immobilizer Data - Clear all EWS / immobilizer related data to realign the ECU with EWS module via INPA. Requires bootmode flash!
Checksum Bypass
- Checksum Bypass - Disables both checksums for the calibration data section
Launch Control
- Launch Control - [PATCH] Implements a launch control that sets an additional revlimiter while meeting the following calibration values
- c_conf_lc - Configuration switch to enable or disable the launch control feature
- c_n_lc_max - Maximum engine speed while the launch control is engaged
- c_pvs_lc_min - Minimum accellerator pedal position for the launch control to be engaged
- c_vs_lc_max - Maximum vehicle speed for the launch control to be engaged
- c_tco_lc_min - Minimum coolant temperature for the launch control to be engaged
